Green Oak Ranch, 1237 Green Oak Road, Vista, CA

This workshop will explore options available to our local community for leveraging sustainable fire suppression into green, business and educational opportunities. A viable, permanent sustainable fire suppression and prevention program will require the partnership and cooperation of our diverse coalition of community stakeholders. These will include government and public policy agencies (particularly local, regional, and state fire departments), school districts, colleges and universities, environmental and land preservation groups, growers and agricultural interests, and especially local businesses and investors.

A fundamental objective of the workshop is to nurture and establish new and productive areas for stakeholder partnership and cooperation.
